  Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa

  My love for learning certainly comes from my parents. They both received Ph.D.’s from the University of Minnesota and always stressed the importance of education and life-long learning to my older sister, my older brother, and me. After earning my undergraduate degree with honors at the University of Texas in Austin, I decided to continue my education and pursue a career in medicine by attending Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. It was there that my passion for plastic surgery began, and that passion has only grown through my internship, residency and fellowship, and private practice since 2004.

  Dr. Dax Demaree

  Dr. Demaree is a former Missouri native who performed his undergraduate studies at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in biology and chemistry in 2010. He went to earn his doctoral medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience in Kansas City, Missouri, in 2015. After medical school, he completed his post-doctoral residency training in general surgery at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri, in 2020. He served as chief resident during the last year of his training.

  Prior to moving to Eau Claire, WI, he completed additional training in cosmetic surgery through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery with nationally renowned cosmetic surgeons Drs. Chad Deal, Michael Kluska, and Vincent Gardner at Southern Surgical Arts in Chattanooga, TN. During his fellowship, he participated in over 1300 cosmetic surgical procedures using the most cutting-edge technology and advanced surgical techniques.

  Dr. Demaree is triple board certified in cosmetic surgery through the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, and in general surgery by the American College of Osteopathic Surgery. Dr. Demaree strives to deliver superb results while always prioritizing patient safety. He firmly believes in educating his patients about realistic expectations and their pre-operative and post-operative journeys. Dr. Demaree is passionate about training the next generation of surgeons and volunteers in administering the general surgery oral boards to potential candidates through the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.

  Dr. Demaree has been married to his wife Elizabeth since 2018. They have two children, two dogs, and four cats. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring northern Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. Dr. Demaree is an avid gardener, home cook, and outdoorsman.

  Dr. Anson Nguyen

  Dr. Anson Nguyen is a fellowship-trained plastic surgeon whose cosmetic surgical interests span from body contouring to breast augmentation to facial rejuvenation. Dr. Nguyen was born and raised in the greater Houston area. He attended the University of Texas and then graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch for medical school. Afterward, he completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at Baylor Scott and White. Following that, he was selected for the prestigious fellowship at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital, where he further refined his techniques in an extensive range of aesthetic surgeries and procedures. Upon completion of his training, Dr. Nguyen returned to Houston to partner with his father and provide an additional facet to the practice. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

  Jonathan Nathan, MD, MBA, is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with over ten years of rigorous training. He has specialized training in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery, Oculoplastic Surgery, and Facial Plastic Surgery.
